Ruoshui is a route-state page, not a loose chest list.
The useful split is simple: upper route for the first pickups, lower route for the dense object and Inner Way lane, final sweep for cleanup, and Huoren Clinic for the mission-style blocker. That structure gives English readers a place to start without pretending we already have verified Global pins.
Read it by layer
The source order is upper route, lower route, then final sweep. That is more useful than pretending every row is one straight path.
Count special chests carefully
The source flags two special phase chests as non-counted. They belong in a warning row, not a normal checklist.

Clinic route
Huoren Clinic is the other half of the Ruoshui problem.
A player stuck here may not be missing a collectible at all. They may be blocked by the clinic door, well route, trap plates, music mechanism, boss setup, or exit flow.
