    Reach level 13

    The Healer profession quest is the real prerequisite. A map guide cannot bypass the level gate.

  2. 02

    Start Legacy: Healer's Calling in Qinghe

    Track the profession quest and speak with Mu Ji'an. Follow its marker to the poisoned traveler rather than searching for Dr. Yuan first.

  3. 03

    Diagnose the traveler

    Use Wind Sense when prompted, inspect the condition and enter the treatment encounter. This teaches the diagnosis-and-prescription loop used by later medical tasks.

  4. 04

    Finish the treatment and confirm Healer is unlocked

    The profession should appear in your Career menu. Career Notebooks improve its techniques, which matters if a Silver Needle patient later resists your current treatment deck.

Complete Dr. Yuan's Three Questions in seven steps.

    Unlock the Healer profession first

    Reach level 13 and complete Legacy: Healer's Calling. If Dr. Yuan has no useful dialogue, this is the first state to check.

  2. 02

    Travel to Sage's Knoll in southwest Qinghe

    Find the Silver Needle Clinic along the main road near the Encircling Lake and Tiger Ridge side of the region.

  3. 03

    Speak to Dr. Yuan and accept The Three Questions

    The Exploration Quest asks you to treat three nearby patients and bring their Medical Records back to the clinic.

  4. 04

    Treat Xu Youqian, the sick merchant

    Follow the road south of the clinic. After treatment, choose Ill-Gotten Wealth (Artwork) as the fee and confirm the first record enters your quest progress.

  5. 05

    Treat Li Ermao, the injured villager

    Find him in the nearby wooded area. Choose Jar of Parting Tears after treatment and confirm the second record.

  6. 06

    Treat the Little Beggar beneath the uphill tree

    Use the low-value fee option shown by your current localization, then choose Free Treatment if the follow-up prompt appears. Finish the medical action and verify the third record.

  7. 07

    Return all three records to Dr. Yuan

    Complete The Three Questions, accept Silver Needle membership and collect Panacea Fan. If another Sect is active, leave it before the final membership handoff.

Older CN guides place 袁博士 near Cangxian Gang and Lutan and list a Monday-to-Saturday schedule. The current Global route instead uses the Healer prerequisite and Sage's Knoll. Do not spend a day waiting before checking those two gates.

The Little Beggar line varies across English captures. The stable checkpoint is not the translated item name, it is completing the treatment and receiving the third Medical Record.

Dr. Yuan is missing or has no joining quest

Check level 13 and Legacy: Healer's Calling before changing the clock. The current Global route uses the Healer prerequisite and Silver Needle Clinic at Sage's Knoll.

The patient has no treatment action

Confirm Healer appears in the Career menu and that The Three Questions is tracked. A fee dialogue alone does not replace the profession treatment step.

The treatment encounter keeps failing

Read the shown Affliction Severity and use Prescriptions that reduce it. Spend Career Notebooks on the Healer techniques you actually need instead of repeating an underpowered deck.

The Little Beggar fee names do not match this guide

Current captures disagree between Handful of Wheat, cloth-like wording and a generic low-value choice. Select the inexpensive offer shown in your client, use Free Treatment if it follows, then judge success by the third Medical Record.

I chose a fee but received no third record

Re-open the Little Beggar interaction and complete the medical treatment itself. The quest checkpoint is the Medical Record, not the payment line.

I returned the records but did not join

Only one Sect can be active. Finish The Three Questions, leave the current Sect if necessary, then talk to Dr. Yuan again for the membership handoff.

An old guide says Dr. Yuan is absent on Sunday

That Monday-to-Saturday schedule comes from an older CN route near Cangxian Gang and Lutan. On the current Global route, check Healer's Calling and Sage's Knoll before waiting for a weekday.

One active Sect

You can prepare The Three Questions while another membership exists, but the final Silver Needle handoff requires the active Sect slot to be free.

Betray Master starts a Severance Trial. Complete one Perception Forest round to clear the trial after leaving Silver Needle.
