Serene Breeze is not hidden behind an NPC, chest, or quest. It is a Basic Talent reward: invest at least 12 points along the preceding Basic path, keep one Talent Point available, then buy the Serene Breeze node and equip the skill from Mystic Skills.

Open Menu > Develop > Talents > Basic and move along the main path until the Serene Breeze node is visible. The node becomes available after at least 12 Talent Points have been invested in the Basic tree and its preceding nodes are connected. Once it is highlighted, spend an available Talent Point on Serene Breeze, then open Develop > Mystic Skills and place it in an unlocked slot.

The 12-point line is a progression gate, not an instruction to save 12 unused points. Points already invested in the required Basic path open the node; you still need an available Talent Point to purchase Serene Breeze when it becomes selectable. Arena and Boss Talents do not replace Basic-tree progress.

Open the Basic Talent tree
Open the character menu, choose Develop, then Talents and Basic. Do not search Exploration, the quest journal, or a regional map: Serene Breeze belongs to account progression rather than a world route.

Pan along the Basic tree until you find Serene Breeze. Activate the earlier nodes that lead to it. A visible late node is not automatically purchasable, and the tree does not let you skip a disconnected prerequisite just because you have spare points.

The current unlock reference places Serene Breeze behind a 12-point Basic-tree threshold. This means invested progression, not 12 points sitting unused in your balance. Points spent in another Talent category do not advance this gate.

Earn one available Talent Point if needed
If the path is open but your balance is zero, earn more Enlightenment through side quests, chests, Encounters, Worldly Affairs, and exploration interactions. Return after that progress converts into a usable Talent Point.

Buy, equip, and verify Serene Breeze
Select the highlighted Serene Breeze node and confirm the purchase. Then open Develop > Mystic Skills, find Serene Breeze, and assign it to an unlocked Mystic Skill slot. Buying the node grants the skill; it does not create another slot by itself.

I cannot find a Serene Breeze quest marker

There is no quest marker. Open Develop > Talents > Basic and locate the skill node in the tree. Map completion and story tracking do not directly claim it.

I have 12 Talent Points, but the node is still grey

Check whether those points are invested in the Basic tree rather than merely unspent or used in Arena or Boss Talents. Also trace the line back and purchase every required preceding node; the numerical gate does not bypass the path.

The path is open, but I still cannot purchase the skill

Look at your available Talent Point balance. Reaching the threshold makes Serene Breeze eligible, but the node still needs a point. Earn more Enlightenment from quests, chests, Encounters, Worldly Affairs, or exploration if the balance is zero.

I spent points on the wrong branch

The current Basic Talent reference says the tree cannot be reset. Continue earning Talent Points and reconnect the required path rather than expecting a free respec or moving Arena and Boss points into Basic.

The node is purchased, but the skill is not on my bar

Open Develop > Mystic Skills and equip Serene Breeze manually. Talent purchase and loadout assignment are two separate steps; buying the node does not replace an equipped skill automatically.

Serene Breeze is learned, but every slot is occupied

Swap out another Mystic Skill or unlock another Mystic Skill Slot node in Basic Talents. Owning Serene Breeze does not grant a new hotbar position.

I cannot find 清風霽月 in the English menu

Search for Serene Breeze. 清風霽月 / 清风霁月 is the Chinese source name used by older guides; it is not a second unlock.
